We would like to introduce a case of support provided by our "Ideation TRIZ" to an electronics manufacturer. Many teams involved in research, development, and production technology for new product development had unresolved technical issues for periods ranging from 10 years to 6 months. In response, we conducted a pilot project for problem-solving using our service. As a result, all teams were able to generate solutions, and the savings from being able to produce solutions in a short time were estimated to be at least 10 million yen due to reduced labor costs.
